Beat the heat with this healthy Pregnancy Scramble I came up with.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (peeled)
8 pcs ice cube
1/2 cup filtered water
4 scoops of Anmum Materna (Plain) or you can use the pregnancy milk you prefer
Granola with nuts
Preparation:
1. Put the banana,ice cubes, and water in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to bowl/glass.
4. Add powdered milk and granola.
5. Mix and enjoy!
