Hindi bawal umupo pero yung palaging umupo like more than 6 hours per day is not good. Pag pregnant kasi, mas ini-encourage ang pagiging active parin. You can do light exercise kung wala kang ginagawa. We need to watch our weight gain narin kasi prone tayo sa Gestational Diabetes that can lead to birth complications.
