Hi mommy! Mas preferred lang ni OB ang healthy food kesa sa processed. It's for you baby's own good din naman, pati narin sa health mo po habang nagbubuntis ka :) But to be honest, di ko holistically nasusunod ito, haha. Not because ayaw ko, but working kasi ako nung buntis pa, so as much as possible madadaling lutuin lang yung option ko lalo pag busy sa work. But if you can practice healthy diet while pregnant, mas makakabuti sa inyo ni baby yon :)
