Bawal po kasi matamis yun. Tataas sugar mo, and tea po kasi yun. Alam ko big no no ang tea sa mga prego dahil sa caffeine, mas mataas caffeine ng tea, kesa sa kape. Pero both sila bawal. Ako nagkkape once or twice a week para maalis lng cravings hehe
