Bawal po ba?

Hindi naman bawal, pero maraming moms dito na nag-avoid lang talaga ng direct fan sa feet dahil nag-alala sila sa "lamig" na makakasama sa pregnancy, lalo na kung matagal nakatutok doon. A few of us actually just use the fan for the general room air lang para safe, or position it para sa buong katawan instead of just one spot, kaya walang worry. Best thing is ask your OB directly para sa peace of mind, pero based sa karanasan ng mama friends ko, walang major issue as long as hindi extreme ang malamig at comfortable ka pa rin!
