Based on what Dr Imelda said, just avoid any raw food to protect your baby from bacteria & food that can cause food poisoning to avoid miscarriage. Basically you can eat everything, if you not sure if that certain food you can eat or not, just eat in small quantity & in moderation. Hanya sekadar lepas mengidam 🤗 Paling penting pasti kan makanan kita bersih & dicuci.
