Belly support & compression socks

Oo talaga, napaka-helpful nila! Honest lang, ang belly support sobrang nakagaan sa akin ng back pain especially toward the end, parang may strong hug lang tapos okay na. For compression socks, most mums I know swear by Matif kasi they're comfy and actually help with the swelling (which is real yung problem na yan). My friend went to a clinic and the nurse recommended Sigvaris din, sabi niya sulit because breathable pa at comfy talaga throughout the day. Fair warning though: they can be a pain to put on when you're already huge and tired, haha, so maybe get someone to help ka or do it sitting down! Some brands can be itchy din, so read reviews carefully before splurging. Totally worth it para sa comfort mo though, especially if you're on your feet a lot.
