Mummy, that hard bump on the gums is usually a sign that a tooth is coming through soon, it's called an eruption cyst and it's totally normal! A few of my mum friends had the same thing with their babies and the bumps went away once the tooth popped out. But since you're seeing the doctor next month anyway, boleh mention it to them just to be sure, especially if the gum looks red or swollen or if your baby seems really uncomfortable. In the meantime, try giving baby a clean teething ring or cold washcloth to chew on if the gums are bothering her. Don't worry too much, mummy, this is just part of the teething journey!
