Senggugut

Aiyoh sayang, senggugut 2 bulan lepas bersalin is totally normal, it's the uterus contracting balik to normal size, terutama kalau breastfeeding sebab hormon oxytocin trigger contractions. A few of my mum friends had the same thing, some even lasted 3-4 bulan especially if nursing frequently! But since yours is really intense and you're worried, better check with your gynae just to make sure everything okay, especially combined dengan no period lagi, they can advise if it's normal afterpains or something else to monitor.
