Pregnant & New employeed

Baru dpt tau pregnant 6w,& akan start kerja tempat baru awal bulan 2,pindah & tukar keje sbb company lama downsizing & tak nak PJJ dgn husband lagi.Betul ke kalo baru² keje,company akan lewatkan confirmation sbb taknak byr gaji ms cuti bersalin,so employee kene ambik unpaid leave 2-3bln tu.risau jgk ni..hmm

sis macam saya, tapi saya jujur dgn company mase dapat offer tu hari yang sama saya dpt tahu saya mengandung 3 minggu lebih them company accept je..tapi tula tibe2 dah masuk 4 bulan kerja ni boss suka2 nak extend confirmation saya jadi 9 bulan..sabar jela..walhal saya dah bagi tahu jujur saya morning sickness byk mc n cuti..tpi dyrg tetap nak ambil..rase ye kalau tak confirm mmg akan unpaid sis

Klau 6 weeks tu better x yah bg tau company yg sis pregnant... Sbb kebanyakan company die mmg x nk amik pregnant lady... Klau dh ade surat confirmation, bleh bg tau company... Confirmation pun biasa nya after 3 months depends on company

Tgk dulu confirmation berapa bulan. Klu 3 bulan, sy rasa awal2 okay je tak bgtau dulu. Lps dah confirm, baru bgtau dpt tau mengandung dah dlm 3 bulan lbh

Tgk company polisi.. klo dia xmention mmg confirmation delay.. tp klo ada mention... "you must serve company xxx month before maternity" jawabnya unpaid la sis. Nak lg gaji 3k keatas..

Mgkin sbb baru masuk kerja...klu org lama mgkin ye bg..tp klu swasta susah sikit klu berbayar
