Eh don't worry lah, very normal! Some mamas start leaking early, some only start after baby comes out, my first pregnancy I had discharge at 20 weeks and thought "alamak is it milk??" but turned out just normal pregnancy stuff, very confusing. The colostrum (yellowish sticky liquid) can start appearing anytime from second trimester onwards, but honestly if you're not seeing anything come out when you check, it might just be that your skin is more sensitive or sweaty from hormones lah. Just keep the area clean and dry, wear cotton bra if you can, and don't squeeze or test it because that can actually trigger more leakage if it happens later.
