Aiyah, this sounds like possible adenoid issues lah, especially if it happens consistently after eating certain foods, a few of us mums noticed our kids have the same thing when they eat messy stuff or dairy! Best to check with the paed though, could be adenoid enlargement or just the way his nose/throat is positioned, but better safe than sorry. Does he snore at night or have blocked nose even when he's not eating?
