Hi mama! After the first vaccine, kailangan mo lang bantayan ang baby for any fever or unusual reaction sa loob ng 24-48 hours, a few of us usually just keep baby close, observe, at ensure she's feeding well pa rin. Normal lang if baby is a bit fussy or sleepy after, pero if may high fever, rashes, or difficulty breathing, go to the doctor agad ha. I always ask the health center nurse din before leaving kung ano specific na signs to watch for, kasi every vaccine may kaunting different reactions. Make sure din na balik kayo on schedule for the next vaccines, keeping that vaccination record is super important!
