Hi mama! After the first vaccine, usually just observe the baby for a few hours, some babies get a bit fussy or sleepy, which is totally normal. A few of us mommies make sure to keep baby comfortable, maybe nurse more frequently, and watch for any unusual reactions like high fever or excessive crying, pero honestly most babies are fine lang. If you're worried about anything though, don't hesitate to ask your health center or pediatrician, mas better safe than sorry, especially with newborns!
