Ay alam ko yan, super uncomfortable talaga 'yan sa pregnancy! The back pain is usually from the extra weight and hormones loosening your ligaments, pero ang chest/dibdib pain ay kailangan talaga i-check with your OB agad para malaman kung ano exactly ang cause, baka posture lang or something that needs attention, pero better safe than sorry lalo na ngayon ka na pregnant. A few of my mum friends had similar pains mid-pregnancy at nag-physical therapy sila or adjusted their sleeping position, kaya try muna yan habang naghihintay ng appointment mo talaga.
