Try calling their hotline directly (02) 8888-4441 or go in person to your nearest SSS branch with your application number, kasi sometimes emails get lost sa system nila talaga. Puwede din mag-follow up through their online portal or Facebook page, maraming reports na mas mabilis ang response doon eh, at least makikita mo na may tao na nakita ang concern mo!
