Due date 18/8

Ahhh due date esok, sabar ya! A few of my mum friends went overdue jugak, and honestly it's the nerve-wracking part, tapi badan kita punya masa sendiri lah. Make sure you stay active, walk around, maybe try some gentle exercises, and keep in touch dengan doctor regularly sebab closer to due date, kena monitor lebih kerap. Jangan stress sangat because that boleh delay labour more, and if ada any concern at all or bleeding/contractions, terus jumpa doctor ye? Sending you all the labour vibes!
