Advil is ibuprofen which is contraindicated for pregnant women, di po sya pwede.. to be safe paracetamol then may mga toothache drops na nabibili sa mercury dab with cotton buds yung affected tooth.. cold compress din will help. . If di na talaga kaya inform your OB mo about it & punta ka sa dentist inform din you're pregnant
