A lot of newborns, especially yang still fully breastfed, akan poop right after or during feeding, it's called the gastrocolic reflex, basically the sucking action triggers their bowels. A few of my mum friends had babies like this too, pantang je menyusu confirm kena tukar pampers haha. As long as the poop colour okay (yellowish, seeded texture) and dia aktif, makan banyak, no worries lah, but kalau ada concerns about consistency or dia nampak uncomfortable, better check with your paediatrician to be safe.
