My baby is turning 1 this december and I'm already planning for that special event.. Any suggestion of fun activities for the kids as well as for parent and child? Thank you :)
You can have a food table for the kids with all of favourite snacks and treats for kids and another one just for the adults, with alcohol and "adult" treats. I went to a party once where the kids got to decorate their own sugarless cupcakes while the parents had normal cupcakes with all the sugary goodness. For fun, you can screen a movie and serve popcorn and snacks just like at the cinema or you can get one of those bouncy castles!

We rented bouncy castles and slides for my child's first birthday and it was a hit! We had a separate set-up for kids and adults of course, so the little ones wouldn't get hurt. Also sure to be a hit: ball pit!
