18months and Not yet saying a lot of words

Ay mama, I get the worry, napakabilis talagang lumaki ng timeline sa baby books! Honestly, one of my mom friends' son was also quiet pa lang at 18 months, parang four to five words lang, and by two and a half talaga sumusugal na siya nang tuluy-tuluy kaya hindi ka nag-iisa dito. But since you're concerned, it's really best to bring it up sa pedia or ask for a speech pathologist referral lang para may peace of mind ka, especially pag may family history ng delayed speech. Basta observe pa lang if may iba pang concern like hindi sumusunod sa simple instructions or hindi gumagawa ng eye contact, pero if chill lang siya otherwise, siguro medyo late bloomer lang talaga.
