Alhamdulillah you're so close! Don't worry, your body akan bagi signal yang jelas, contractions yang teratur and painful (bukan Braxton Hicks je), or air ketuban pecah, atau bloody show lah. I have a few mum friends yang cakap the real thing you'll just know , it's very different dari practice contractions. Since this is your first time, I'd suggest confirm dengan your doctor or midwife pasal warning signs yang perlu perhatian, and keep your hospital bag ready je. In the meantime, enjoy the kicks while you can!
