Baby 5 months still drinking very little — normal?

My baby started refusing milk since she was 3 months old. She’s turning 5 months soon and still isn’t drinking well. She only takes about 50–100ml every 4 hours, and sometimes can even go 6 hours in the day without drinking. Is this normal?
