Delay erruption of teeth

My baby is now 9months old and still no teeth. Any idea of the dalay? What should I do ?

ok lang po yan momshie. yung sinundan ng bunso ko, turning 7 y/o na siya sa Dec., nag 1st bday siya noon na as in nakasilip plng yung firsy 2 teeth niya sa baba kaya this year plng natanggal baby teeth niya na yun sinundan ng 2 teeth sa taas.
