Hi my baby is now 1mo and 26 days, i noticed that why is her Umbilical cord is wet?

Hi mommy. Please put alcohol (70% Ethyl) to baby's navel every 2 hours. That must be done since the day he was born and would only take 1-2weeks to have the cord still attached to the navel. The cord would automatically fall off when it's healed.
