Neck Control

My baby just turned 4 months. He still cant lift his head though when lying face down or during tummy time. What can u suggest should I do?

baby coh rin gnyan 4mos.pero prematurely kung sa full term 2mos.lng cya. though she can't control her neck yet marami nmang abilities na nggawa ang baby coh kgya ng nkikipgusap n cya.. magaling n cya mgpbibo s cam.. super bungisngis n cya.. tnatawag nya ko "mwe" haha.. d lhat ng babies pareparehss ng development.. dont worry just give him time..
