My baby's back get's dry and scaly esp when the whether is very humid or makes her sweat a lot? Is it a skin allergy?

Not necessarily. It could just be dryness of the skin. You just have to observe as she grows a little older. If it's still the same, better check with a specialist so you can conduct some skin tests.
