Baby Vomit

My baby is 7 mos old and just recently, he keeps vomitting almost after every feed. I tried everything google advised me to do such as sit him upright or wait for at least 30 mins before I can lay him. Although he doesn't look bothered after vomitting, but still. I will be checking with the pedia tomorrow, but I'd still like to know if any of you are experiencing this and what did you do?

My first born would sometimes vomit but in most cases would spit up every after feeding when he was just an infant. I read somewhere that it’s because his tummy is too full so what I did was I burped him in between feedings (when I was breastfeeding) and did paced feeding when he’s being bottle fed.
