Hang in there, this phase is really tough especially as a first-time mum! From what I've heard, around 4-5 months babies become so much more aware of their surroundings that they get easily distracted during feeds, so a quieter, dimmer room with minimal stimulation can help quite a bit, some mums swear by feeding in the bedroom with the curtains drawn. The sleep-feeding you're already doing is a common workaround, though a few mums I know found it became a bit of a crutch and was hard to wean off later, so it's worth weighing whether it works for your situation long-term. On the bottle aversion side, one thing that came up is to avoid forcing the bottle when baby is clearly pushing it away or getting distressed, because that can actually make the aversion worse over time, better to take a short break and try again calmly. Since it's been going on for three weeks and the infant care teachers are also flagging it, it really is worth bringing it up with your PD soon, as they can check if there's any underlying discomfort like reflux driving the behaviour too.
