Isabay si baby sa meal times para maging curious at interested sya. Huwag pilitin, hayaan syang mag-explore ng food nya. Better if may high chair sya para pwede sya magkalat. Iwasan pakainin ng may salt and sugar para hindi maging picky eater. Be patient and keep on offering lang. At 1yo, dapat solid foods na ang main source of nutrition nya, supplementary na lang ang milk (whether breastmilk or formula). So offer solid foods first before giving milk. And don't give milk too close before meal times.
