Hay, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss, that's really difficult, and dealing with SSS on top of it is frustrating talaga. A few of us in our mum group had to follow up with SSS directly kasi ang dating ng email ay super delayed (one friend waited almost 2 months!), so I'd suggest calling their hotline or visiting the branch personally if you can, sometimes they need to verify documents pa or there's something missing sa file na hindi nila nasabi. Hang in there, and take care of yourself din during this time.
