Aduh, Braxton Hicks contractions tu memang biasa around 24 weeks onwards, tapi kalau dah sering sangat 4-6 kali sehari and perut keras, better check with your doctor to be safe, sebab sometimes it can signal something else yang perlu attention, especially kalau ada spotting or discharge changes. A few of my mum friends had this jugak, and their doctors just reassured them it was normal, so don't worry lah, tapi jangan DIY lang, let the doctor confirm okay? The fact that it goes away when you change position is a good sign, but your OB should give you the green light just to be sure everything's progressing well!
