Ruam kepala bayi

Eh normal je tu usually, first-time moms semua worried! Ruam kat dahi baby kebanyakan self-limiting, most of the time hilang sendiri dalam beberapa minggu, terutama kalau baby dah dapat routine cleaning dengan air suam. A few of my mum friends' babies pun ada, kami just biarkan jer and make sure the area clean and dry, jangan pakai produk heavy. But kalau ruam tu expand, look infected, atau baby nampak uncomfortable, better check with your paed just to be safe, they'll confirm whether it's just baby acne or heat rash or something that needs a gentle treatment. Jangan stress sangat, most babies go through some skin thing in the first few months!
