Alhamdulillah ada jugalah beberapa mum friends dalam circle saya yang dah attempt VBA2C (vaginal birth after 2 caesareans), some managed, some ended up with repeat section, tapi semua survived dengan okay lah hehe. Kena cari hospital atau birth centre yang really support VBAC, sebab not all doctors confident dengan VBA2C, especially after dua kali dah czer. Gentlebirth and hypnobirthing practises memang banyak mum friends saya swear by sebab it reduces stress and helps dengan natural birth, tapi honestly, kena check dengan your own OB dulu pasal medical history and uterus condition, sebab setiap pregnancy lain. Best betul reach out to VBA2C support groups dekat Malaysia; they share hospital recommendations and doctor names yang supportive. Wish you all the best, this is such a personal decision!
