Ubat insert untuk keputihan

Assalamualaikum..Ada ke sesiapa pernah guna ubat vagina insert yang tu?or ada tak yang pernah kena insert ubat sekali masuk 2 biji? Macam seram jek nak kena insert sampai 2 biji, 1 biji pon dh takut nak masukkan. Dapat dah berapa hari dah tapi masih takut2 nak masukkan 😅Biasanya pergi klinik jek doktor masukkan, tapi kali ni doktor bagi suruh masukkan sendiri, aduhh seram 😌Saya ada masalah kencing kotor dengan keputihan yang teruk. Jangan takut, I feel you, keputihan teruk memang scary, but insert ubat tu actually senang je once you overcome the mental block A few of my mum friends got prescribed the same thing, dan diorang cakap the first time is the scariest, tapi after that okay je, just relax your pelvic floor and insert slowly, macam tampon je (but obviously different haha). Kalau 2 biji, doktor usually akan guide you on the schedule (mungkin spacing them out), so follow the instructions on the leaflet yang doktor bagi. Since ni first time and youre already a bit anxious, maybe do it at night before sleep, then your mind wont be overthinking throughout the day, it helps! But honestly, if youre still nervous after reading the instructions, dont hesitate to call the clinic and ask the nurse to walk you through it on the phone, diorang used to this question and wont judge one bit
