Sakit garis selulit

Ohhh sakit garis selulit tu memang boleh jadi normal dalam early pregnancy, ligament-ligament kat perut tengah stretch and prepare untuk baby growth, jadi rasa pulling or sharp pain tu quite common actually. A few of my mum friends complained about the same thing around weeks 5-8, habis tu hilang je, tapi kalau sakit terus-menerus or parah sangat, better check with your gynae just to be safe, okay? Drink lots of water, rest bila boleh, dan don't stress too much, your body is doing amazing things right now!
