Wa'alaikum assalam sis! Don't worry, this is actually quite normal, some mums' stitches take longer to fall off even though the wound has healed up nicely on the outside. Since your wound is already dry and looking good, the threads should come off on their own within the next week or two, but it really does vary from person to person depending on the type of thread they used. A few mums I know had the same thing happen, and it sorted itself out without needing to do anything. That said, it's still worth checking in with your doctor or midwife at your next visit just to make sure everything is healing the way it should be, better safe than sorry!
