Hi Assalamualaikum semua, ada tak yang sama dengan saya? 40 minggu dah tapi masih tak beranak lagi? 🤣🤣🤭 Due date 9/12/21. Any tips untuk cepat beranak tak? Tak rasa apa lagi ni..
Waalaikumsalam! Sabar je mama, memang macam tu, ramai dari kita ada experience ni haha! A few of my mum friends also went overdue, and honestly nothing really "worked" sebab the baby will come when baby is ready, tapi what helped them feel less anxious is just keeping active (jalan-jalan, naik tangga), make sure you're eating well, and staying calm because stress je yang bikin delay lagi. Best check with your doctor or midwife to make sure everything is okay, and if labour hasn't started by 41 weeks, they'll usually suggest induction anyway so don't worry too much! Hang in there mama, you're so close!
