The best thing is your doc is monitoring you closely with the repeat scan in 2 weeks, so just focus on resting well and eating properly until then. Honestly, I can't predict what will happen (only the doctor can after the next scan), but what I can say is, if you start bleeding heavily, severe cramping, or dizziness before your appointment, jangan tunggu, go to the emergency ward straightaway, okay?
