I'd suggest join the PJ parents Facebook groups or even ask in your building WhatsApp, usually parents kat situ boleh recommend orang yang dah tested by people we know la, which is safer than random. My one friend swears by checking references dulu and do a trial period, maybe half day first to see how your kids gel with them. Good luck finding someone reliable!
