10week cramp

Wa'alaikumassalam! Cramping boleh normal in pregnancy, tapi since it's new at 10 weeks and different from what you felt before, better check with your doctor just to be safe, especially first baby, you want peace of mind kan. A few of my mum friends experienced random cramps throughout their first trimester and it turned out fine, but some needed extra scans, so don't take chances lah. If the cramps are mild and no bleeding or other signs, try resting and staying hydrated, tapi jangan delay seeing your doctor if you're worried or kalau it gets worse.
