I haven't personally tried it sebab alhamdulillah didn't have that issue, but a few of my mum friends mentioned their gynae prescribed clotrimazole pessary during pregnancy for yeast infections, they said it's generally considered safe since it works locally je and doesn't get absorbed much. Best la you confirm with your doctor or gynae first because pregnancy kan lain sikit, and they'll know your specific situation best! Keputihan during pregnancy memang common, so don't worry, but definitely get it checked out properly okay
