Wa'alaikumassalam! Sakit pinggang sampai kaki lengguh masa early pregnancy memang boleh jadi normal, especially kalau banyak sangat duduk atau posisi tidur tak betul, tapi sebab kau baru 4 minggu, better you check with your doctor or midwife cepat sikit untuk make sure everything's okay, takut ada yang lain. A few of my mum friends also complained about this early on, and some of them it was just hormones and the way the body's adjusting, tapi better safe than sorry lah kan, especially at this stage.
