Lower abdominal pain in early pregnancy boleh normal, tapi especially bila naik tangga terasa and you're having frequent bowel movements or feeling like you need to go tapi tak keluar apa-apa, better sayang check with your doctor just to be safe, a few of my mum friends had similar symptoms early on and doktor confirm semua okay, but it's better peace of mind dapat check. The frequent "feeling" without much output + loss of appetite boleh be hormonal changes jugak, but since you're first time pregnant ini, your gynae akan explain better what's normal for you specifically, don't worry lah, these things happen early pregnancy, just get it checked out. Take things slow and rest when you can okay?
