Postpartum Padsicles. Korang Prepare tak?

Assalam. Sy nak tanya moms di sini. You all lepas bersalin prepare postpartum padsicles tak? I’m thinking of preparing sebab it looks like it helps! Hahahaha but does it really help? Anyone yg ada experience prepare the postpartum padsicles and do you feel more comfortable after gave birth tu?
