Blood Glucose

Assalam & hi everyone.. im in early stage of pregnant 11weeks, this morning i check my blood glucose & the result shows 8.1... quite high rite? Any tips how to control this since im not yet check with KK... x nk minum air gula... help me to advice.. thx..
