Hai mama, aku paham lah, memang banyak consideration nak pilih perancang kan, especially kalau dah try IUCD before ni. Honestly, antara implan dan depo tu memang same hormon, so kalau nak test drive dulu with depo tu bagus idea sebab reversible dan boleh stop anytime kalau tak comfortable. Pasal weight gain tu, ada mama yang notice slight gain, ada yang takde, tergantung metabolisme masing-masing lah, best approach adalah monitor weight ko sendiri during the depo trial period, then boleh decide better before commit to implan (yang ni lebih long-term obviously). The good thing about implan is convenience (3 tahun, no need monthly appointment), tapi trade-off tu hormonal side effects yang unpredictable on paper lah. Kalau nurse tu recommend implan, confirm dia ada good reasons, so trust her experience jugak since dia see banyak mama, tapi apa yang most important is apa yang okay untuk your body, so take the depo trial seriously as your testing ground, ye.
