Ay, PCOS talaga yan kasi parang lottery ng hormones, hindi ba? A few of us moms sa friend group na may PCOS, yung iba naging regular after raspa (D&C) pero temporary lang, tapos bumalik ulit ang irregular cycles, kailangan talaga consistent management with your OB, meds, diet, exercise, the whole package. Basta importante i-follow up mo regularly ang sa doctor mo kasi PCOS is tricky, bawat tao different ang response sa treatment, at ang raspa mismo ay hindi siya permanent cure para sa PCOS.
