Ay, honestly di ako nag-avail ng PhilHealth refund kaya hindi ako makakatulong dito, sorry! Better to call their hotline directly or visit your nearest PhilHealth office kasi bawat case talaga different, especially depende sa coverage mo at ano ba yung specific claim mo, nakaka-confuse ang process eh, a few of my mum friends have been going back and forth pa rin after months.
