Asking for my tita: What's the best remedy or product to lessen baby rashes?

My baby very rarely gets rashes because of our bum-cleaning routine: 1) we never use disposable wipes at home, only whenever we go out 2) most of the time during the day, I wash him through running water before nappy change. 3) at times, I clean him using a cotton and our DIY wipe solution (1 cap-full HHN Wonder Oil, 1 pump baby wash, 2 oz water, 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil). Pat dry or air dry after cleaning. In case he develops rashes, I just put some diaper rash cream (either Burt's Bees or HHN Nappy Cream) Also, it's important to give babies some presko time. Use lampin or fitted cloth diapers.
